Originally from the UK I am a highly skilled and experienced Production Designer with a strong background in television, film, commercial, theatre, opera, and live performance. As is customary for the UK I am trained and often work as a designer for both set and costume which results in a more cohesive and informed overall design.
I am fortunate to have spent the last ten years traveling the world and have designed globally. I am particularly interested in telling politically driven narratives that amplify women and marginalized voices. The joy of this work comes from collaborative storytelling and the potential for thoughtful design to world-build. I believe that design, perhaps now more than ever has the potential to change and shape people’s perceptions of the world around us.
